5 Of My Favourite Things About Cosy Club Cheltenham

With so many new places to eat and drink cropping up around Cheltenham, it’s getting harder to choose where to part with your hard-earned cash.

Latest arrival Cosy Club opens its doors today in the Brewery Quarter and after visiting last night, here's my 5 favourite things about the place.

It’s great for kids – There’s a winning kids’ menu, with all the usual suspects (fish fingers, burgers, mac n cheese) plus the slightly left-field mezze plate (I know, I know. I’m a Neanderthal) and some reasonably priced ice creams (£1.75). Along with this, the Cosy team has really made an effort with kids’ entertainment, with board games, Lego and colouring to keep little minds busy whilst they wait for their grub.

The changing facilities are nice and big with plenty of space to get a pushchair in.

Anyone for Walkies? – In a break from the norm for a town centre bar, Cosy Club invites you to bring along your four-legged friend*. With comfy chairs, a great drinks menu and the what has to be the finest people-watching spot in Cheltenham, could this be the best walkies pit stop ever?

Choices Choices - The gluten free and vegan options are so vast that they actually have their own separate menus. To have a browse of the vegan or gluten free brunch, tapas, burgers and more, visit the menu page on the Cosy Club website.
Menus

The ‘Trolley of Joy’ - This Sunday special consists of a Cosy Club mixologist creating you your own bespoke Bloody Mary from their mini bar-on-wheels. PLUS, for £10, Bloody Marys and Prosecco are unlimited during the 10am - 1pm brunch window. This isn't the only treat in store, there are offers ranging from loyalty cards with free drinks and brunches, Tapas Tuesdays, Two for £9.95 cocktails and more. View all the Cosy Treats on the website.

Feast Your Eyes – Cosy Club describe their style as ‘mansion splendour meets village hall eccentricity’ – Serving up ‘a sense of being somewhere special with a hint of nostalgia’. I would describe it as, ‘looks crazy but works beautifully’.

So there you have it. There's lots of reasons why I'll be visiting again. Pop along and see what your Cosy favourites are.

* Dogs are allowed in the bar area only (not the restaurant) and are at the manager's discretion
