The largest park in Cheltenham is split into two sides: On the east side you’ll find a huge play area with Kiosk, Pittville Pump Room, aviaries, lake, toilets, Central Cross Café, Sundae Shack and lots of green space which host events throughout the year.

On the west side is the boating lake and Boathouse, pitch and putt golf course, tennis courts, natural play equipment, skateboarding/BMX area and beautiful flowers and trees.

The two sides are linked by a tunnel which runs underneath Evesham Road.

There is parking at Pittville Pump Room, plus a few parking spaces on Evesham Road, some on Pittville Lawn and a small car park near the golf course (GL50 4NG). If the car park is full, around the park (Pittville Lawn and Central Cross Drive) there is free street parking which usually has spaces with 1-4 hour stay limits

Boating

The Boathouse has a range of boats depending on your group size. Larger boats can accommodate up to 5 people. Smaller boats will hold a maximum of 3 adults. The Boathouse staff will provide life jackets and advise on the right type of boat. There is also an advisory minimum age of 3 years.

Golf – Pitch & Putt

Clubs, tees and balls are included in the price at this fantastic 9-hole course.
