Welcome to Nurturing Beginnings, high quality baby & toddler classes, parenting support & workshops in Cheltenham. 

Our well loved classes are relaxed, friendly and child centred for you and your little one to make the most of your time together from birth to toddler. All our classes offer hot drinks & homemade chocolate brownie for adults!

We offer two days of classes ranging from Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Baby Makaton, Storytime, Stretch and Sing, Daddy Explores and Postnatal Group. Please see below the days that our classes are on and follow the links to book:

Baby Massage - Our course builds up a variety of rhythmic strokes carefully designed to soothe and calm young babies with the use of organic sunflower oil. Baby massage is entirely baby led and we follow the babies’ cues to ensure it is an enjoyable experience for you and your baby. (0-6 months)

Baby Yoga - Baby yoga empowers you with the skills to deliver over clothes massage, breathing techniques, stretching and movements for your baby; alongside a selection of songs, rhymes, actions and sensory play. (2-8 months)

Storytime, Stretch & Sing - The best baby class in town combining: stories, baby yoga, songs, actions, natural heuristic play, sensory play and of course ending with hot drinks & homemade cake! (3-9 months)

Baby Makaton - Our fun interactive baby sign classes to teach you & your little one over 100 signs to give you the best start to communication.

Sensory Explorers - Our exciting class with loads of sensory play for you to explore, with singing & fun for you to nurture & bond with your little one plus hot drinks & homemade cake! (6m - 2.5 yr)

Musical Explorers - A fabulous mixture of music and movement for little ones bringing together a mixture of classic and new songs with a vast array of instruments to explore for a full musical experience. Led by a professional musician! (7m - 2.5 yr)

Daddy Explorers - Providing a wide range of toys, books, and interactive activities tailored to the age of your Little One to support their social and emotional development with bacon rolls & coffee! For dads, by dads! (0-4 years)

Water Play Baby Spa - Join us for a baby spa experience, combining gentle massage, reflexology, and sensory water play in a calm, beautifully lit environment designed to soothe and engage your little one. This 1.5-hour session is the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby while supporting their relaxation, development, and well-being through a carefully curated mix of touch, sound, light, and water play. (0-12 months) 

Weaning Workshop - Our weaning workshops follow NHS guidelines and aim to leave you feeling confident and excited about this next step with the knowledge that you cannot get it wrong. We do not tell you how or when to feed your baby but equip you with up to date information ready to start or continue your weaning journey.
