The main play area (at the Brooklyn Road end of the park) is suitable from toddlers upwards, with one end of the play area kitted out specifically for the smallest children. There’s loads of grass to run around on and other equipment including a basketball/football cage and activities dotted around the park.

You can access this play area off Brooklyn Road (free car park available) or down the side of Rowanfield School (on street parking). 

A 2 minute walk from the Brooklyn Road entrance is Coronation Square with cafes and shops.
