Children's Monthly Book Club

Got a young bookworm who loves talking about what they've read? Waterstones' monthly Children's Book Club gives readers aged 8 to 12 the chance to share their opinions, discover a new book and enjoy an activity with the bookshop team.

Children's Monthly Book Club at Waterstones

• Date: First Wednesday of every month

• Time: 4:30pm - 5pm

• Suitable for: Children aged 8 to 12

• Location: Children's Department, Waterstones

Each month, the group gets together to discuss Waterstones' current Children's Book of the Month. It's an opportunity for young readers to share what they enjoyed, what they weren't so keen on and hear what other children thought of the same story.

The Waterstones team will also introduce the next Children's Book of the Month, giving everyone a new title to look forward to.

After the book chat, there's an activity and some goodies to round off the session.

A lovely idea for children who enjoy reading and would like to meet other young book fans.
