The Motherhood Society
The Motherhood Society is a group for women who happen to be mothers. Founded by Victoria in 2018 the focus of the group is on the mums. The Motherhood Society Meet-ups are a chance to chat, share and relax - finding solidarity and support from like-minded women. Freshly brewed coffee, loose leaf tea and homemade cake are always on the menu, right alongside the toddler snacks. Instead of just stomping round a chilly hall singing nursery rhymes, these meet-ups aim to develop the community we all crave, while helping you to find your village.
As well as weekly meet-ups there are also ticketed Self-care Sessions. These sessions are a chance for mums to focus on themselves in a safe and stress-free environment. Ranging from manicures and massages to talks and workshops, the Self-care Sessions provide a space where mums can receive some well-deserved pampering or learn a new skill without having to worry about childcare. Have a Neal's Yard treatment while your little ones play, or learn about our impact on the environment while your baby feeds. The Self-care Sessions range in price but the aim is that they are always affordable and inclusive. Upcoming sessions include Make-up in a Flash with John Lewis, Crafting for Mums and our September Secondhand Sale. Find out all about the Self-care Sessions here.
