Join Sandford Park at our amazing Summer Festival just next to the Lido.  Access via Keynsham Rd or College Rd.

Friends of Sandford Parks are raising money to refurbish the children's playground and create some amazing climbing structures.

We shall have loads to entertain you. 2026 line-up coming soon, meanwhile checkout the amazing things that made the 2025 event special below

• a really fun prize-filled dog show compered by comedian Demitris Deech, and judged by Helen & Tristan Motteram from Social Paws
• a display of fascinating classic cars,  
• great games for children, 
• delicious food stalls including vegetarian and gluten free, 
• a bar with beer, wine and Pimms, 
• homemade cakes coffee and tea,
• local unusual arts & crafts stalls, 
• and best of all live music with the Cheltenham Silver Band and the lively Silver       Sambanistas plus local musicians Kate Cluff, the Charlie Plews Band, a           Cheltenham choir 
• and The Music Man for children.

Entrance is free.  It starts at 11 am.
