Rest Easy: The 4AM club

Welcome to Horio—your village of support, knowledge, and shared wisdom. We're here to walk beside you with the strength of generations past, helping you raise your little one with confidence, compassion, and community.

This is the first in our series of friendly, expert-led talks designed for new and expecting parents who want to feel more prepared and empowered during those precious and often challenging first months with a newborn.

Our focus in this session: sleep—for both you and your baby. We’ll explore what healthy sleep really looks like, uncover common myths, and share practical tools to help you build nourishing routines that support rest for the whole family.

By the end of our time together, you’ll walk away with:

1. A clear understanding of newborn and parental sleep

2. Insights into different sleep patterns and realistic routines

3. Guidance on how to create a sleep rhythm that works for your family

4. A welcoming community of fellow parents—your very own village, here to support you every step of the way

Because rest is essential for the whole family, we warmly invite you to attend with someone close to you—be it a partner, friend, or family member. Sharing this experience means they can hear the same guidance, offer support, and be part of your parenting village from the very beginning.

This session is completely free. Our only ask is that you share it with a parent who may need it.

Please email, text or call us to book your ticket. Please let us know how many people will be attending as well as the age or birth date of your child.
