Refresh

Refresh provides the opportunity for busy ladies of any age to come together & enjoy a morning of fun & relaxing activities.
There is always coffee & cake, & a crèche (staffed by DBS-checked volunteers) for children. (Babies & children who would rather not stay in the crèche are welcome downstairs with the adults).

Activities vary from month to month; jigsaws, colouring, hand massage, head massage, nail painting, various crafts, knit & natter, singing, dance demonstrations, Pilates...our aim is always to provide space for guests to participate in as much or as little as they like, & to give mums in particular a couple of hours to take some time out to feel refreshed & restored.

We meet once a month on the thurd Thursday between 10.00-12.00 at Trinity House.

The closest car park is the NCP in Portland Street, & there’s plenty of street parking around Pittville Park which is also within easy reach.
