Martial Arts Classes Springbank
Samurai Martial Arts - Fun, fitness & self defence for the whole family!
Established in 1998, Samurai Martial Arts have been providing classes for all ages throughout Ross on Wye, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. We have a reputation for delivering age-specific classes for young children, teens and adults where individuals are encouraged to train according to their age and ability, whilst developing valuable physical and life skills.
Running in Springbank on Mondays and Thursdays
Regular Martial Arts training is well known for developing balance, coordination, focus and control. In addition to these physical benefits, students are also encouraged to follow a strict code of conduct in order to foster a deep sense of discipline and respect for oneself and others. The Japanese martial art of karate has developed into a world-wide phenomenon, practiced and enjoyed by all ages. In Japan they say 'karate is for life' because it maintains mobility and cognitive stimulation well into old age.
At SMA we have seen the shy and introvert child develop into confident and disciplined young adults and confident, energetic individuals become champions in a sporting environment. So whatever your 'type' or challenge in life, regular and prolonged training will bring benefits and opportunities, goal-setting and rewards. But don't take our word for it. Contact us and book your free, 3-lesson trial and take the first step on your (child's) martial art journey. Find your nearest SMA club to book your free trial!
