Kids’ craft drop-in: Lyrebird Sculptures
Next dates
Sorry, there are no future dates available
Create your own beautiful Lyrebird sculpture with artist and illustrator Imogen Harvey-Lewis. Using a template, easy cutting, paint-pens and pattern, this drop-in craft workshop is great fun for all ages.
The exotic lyrebird is native to Australia and was the favourite bird of Louise Dyer, who features in our current exhibition In A Parisian Salon: Louise Dyer, Holst Patron.
Be inspired by Louise’s love of the lyrebird and how she used its stunning form to illustrate her books and stationery. Take away your very own version to decorate your indoor or outdoor space.
Free with admission. Donations are much appreciated.
Part of the Holst 150 Programme.
