Let's go to the Beach … in Cheltenham?! 

Join us this August bank holiday weekend as we transform Imperial Gardens into the Imperial Beach Club, a beach staycation with real sand in the heart of Cheltenham. 

Saturday 26 to Monday 28 August

Saturday: Get ready for some fabulous foam fun at the trust’s free August bank holiday seaside party in Imperial Gardens when children’s entertainers Party Peeps bring their high energy party. The 30-minute sessions at 11am, 12 noon, 2pm and 3pm bring foam play and great music for your children to enjoy. 

Children will love meeting The Little Mermaid when she visits the Imperial Beach Club on Saturday to perform songs and entertain youngsters on stage at 1pm, followed by the opportunity to meet Ariel, take a selfie and ask her all about life under – and above - the sea.

Why not start the day at 10am with a Yoga and Meditation Class on the real sand beach

There will be FREE live entertainment, themed food and drink, activities plus more - suitable for all ages.

We’ll bring the beach, you bring the sun cream.

The Imperial Garden Bar and Kitchen will be open Saturday 10am to 10pm and Sunday 10am to 8pm for you to enjoy.

Monday 28th August – Open to all
The Imperial Garden Bar and Kitchen will open on Bank Holiday Monday between 10am and 8pm.
