Half-Term Family Fun Day on Monday 21st February, 10am – 4pm at The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham.
Heads Up Cheltenham, the local awareness campaign for mental health and wellbeing, will be providing activities and information at The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham, on Monday 21 February, during the half-term holiday. As well as being supported by a variety of partners, including the NHS, sharing information regarding mental health and wellbeing services in the area for children and young people, there will also be opportunity to pick up details of local wellbeing walks offered by local initiative Go Outside.
There will also be mindful arts and crafts activities for children, as well as entertaining demonstrations and workshops with local circus performer Thomas Trilby, as he shows how circus skills can help build concentration, confidence and help develop resilience.
The Heads Up Cheltenham team will also be joined by Cheltenham Borough Council’s Inspiring Families Officer, who will be there to talk to and find out from local families what kind of services and activities they would like to see in the town this summer, as part of 2022’s Summer of Play.
