Gym & Jollies is a welcoming café next to Solace Gym, run by two local grandmothers. They understand exactly what it’s like to have young children and need a relaxed, friendly space to enjoy a good coffee. Their personal touch is at the heart of everything they do.

Whether you’re popping in after a workout or simply looking for a comfortable place to unwind, the café offers a cosy and accessible environment for everyone. It’s fully wheelchair-friendly, pram-friendly, and dog-friendly, and includes a baby-changing room for added convenience.

Visitors can enjoy light meals, snacks, and drinks, perfect for catching up with friends. The café also welcomes small group gatherings, parties and meetings, with flexible arrangements available even outside the standard opening hours.

A favourite among families is the dedicated toddler corner, complete with a play kitchen and a selection of toys. GlosBudgetMum loves the toddler space and the comfy sofas, offering the ideal spot to relax with kids (kind of!).

To make the festive season even more special, Gym & Jollies has added a Christmas Postbox. If you visit and post your letter before 9th December, they’ll ensure it gets delivered so you get your Free letter from Father Christmas.
