Flag football is a fast, non-contact version of American football where tackles are made by pulling detachable flags from the ball-carrier’s hips. It has quickly become one of the fastest-growing sports globally and is locked in to make its official Olympic debut at the LA 2028 Games. Flagapalooza offers locals a unique opportunity to experience this future Olympic sport up close!
The tournament features distinct Elite Men's, Elite Women's, and Leisure divisions. Teams are competing not just for pride, but for a prize pool that includes over £1000 in cash and other prizes for the Elite Men's winners, bespoke championship rings, and custom gear.

"Flagapalooza isn’t just an elite sporting event; it’s a community festival," says the event organizing team. "We’ve got incredible athletes flying in from all over the world, but the event is built for spectators. Whether you're a lifelong American football fan or have never seen a game in your life, the speed of the sport and the energy on the sidelines is completely infectious."
