Firefly and Firefly Buggyfit offer outdoor fitness classes in Pittville Park for Mamas who want to find a way to fit exercise into their busy lives and want to feel empowered and energised whilst doing so.
Firefly classes are designed with you in mind; whether you have a newborn, a toddler or a teenager and regardless of your fitness level you will feel welcomed and will leave feeling invigorated.
We recognise and acknowledge that Real Life is a challenge and finding time for yourself can be difficult. This is why we offer a range of classes for newly postpartum mums (Firefly Buggyfit) and those with older ones (Firefly).
The combination of exercising outdoors and being with other like-minded ladies provides a great way of tapping back into who you are and allows you to put yourself first guilt free.
All classes are designed to enhance your strength and cardio fitness, as well as all the mental health benefits too. There's a range of both daytime and evening Firefly classes and if childcare is a barrier, bring them along!

Under 5's welcome to attend daytime Firefly classes and older siblings welcome during school holidays.
All classes are run by Sophie who is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and is passionate about helping mum's find or reignite a passion for strength and fitness. Sophie is also a qualified Pre and Post natal specialist.
