FREE Fitness for the whole family this summer! One hour of fun for all the family, exercises suitable for all levels of fitness, ability and children aged 3 and above

Aptitude Fitness and Wellbeing Ltd is pleased to be able to provide these family fitness classes with funding from Gloucestershire County Council
Full use of our outdoor fitness facility along with children's play tent with expert coaching and brand new children's sports equipment!
Please note that use of the children's play tent is under sole supervision of parents, Aptitude Fitness will not provide childcare / supervision.
Places limited to 10 Adults and 15 children per class, please state when booking how many children you will bring with you.
