Join the Brewhouse & Kitchen team during Cheltenham Food + Drink Week. 

Each day at 6pm from Monday 16 - Sunday 22 September the in-house specialists will be holding either a Gin Masterclass, Beer Masterclass or a Beer & Whisky Pairing Masterclass.

Each masterclass will provide a journey of learning about the histories and processes of making each style of beverage.

What can you expect?

Gin Masterclass - Delve into the wonderful world of gin! Guests will be guided on a sensory journey and will try five different premium/craft gins. Learn the secrets behind the recipes/botanicals and get hands on with the chance to experiment with different tonics and garnishes. All topped off with delicious nibbles, a double G&T of your choice and the option to finish with your choice of Academy Meal for the perfect experience. Includes a souvenir certificate signed by resident gin specialist and nibbles. Cost - £30pp or £40 with a meal from the Academy Menu.

Beer Masterclass - A tutored tasting covering eight different beers hosted by a beer specialist and the option to add a meal. Open your mind to the world of beer! Over the course of approx. 2 hours guests will enjoy some nibbles and learn how to appreciate the differences between a number of premium craft beers, including products brewed exclusively at their on-site microbrewery. Finish with your choice of Academy Meal for the perfect experience! Cost - £30pp or £40 with a meal from the Academy Menu.

Beer & Whisky Pairing Masterclass - Delight and surprise your senses with a double-whammy of five different craft beers paired with a complimentary whisky to bring out the intricacies of flavours. Learn the subtleties of each brewing technique, the beers and the whiskies. Cost - £40pp, including meal.

Special Set Meal Offer - Alongside all of the masterclasses, Brewhouse & Kitchen will be offering a special two and three-course set menu that showcases the elevated rustic cuisine of American-British-infused dishes that the bar and restaurant is renowned for. Cost - Two courses (starters and main) £20pp, with dessert £25pp. Available every day, 16 - 22 September, during kitchen open hours.
