Coberley Village Fete

Enjoy a traditional afternoon of family fun at the annual Coberley Village Fete on Bank Holiday Monday 31 August. Set in the beautiful grounds of Coberley C of E Primary School, this much-loved village event brings together games, live music, delicious food, local stalls and plenty of entertainment for all ages.

Whether you're browsing handmade produce, enjoying a cream tea, cheering on the dog show or relaxing to live brass band music, there's something for everyone to enjoy in this picturesque rural setting.

  • Time: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Location: Coberley C of E Primary School Playing Field, Coberley, GL53 9QZ
  • Admission: Adults £2 | Under 16s FREE

Dog Show

Bring your four-legged friends along to take part in the ever-popular Dog Show, where canine companions can compete for a variety of rosettes. Animal lovers can also enter a special raffle to win a beautiful pastel portrait of their pet, created by local artist Rachael Prosser, whose artwork will be on display beside the show ring throughout the afternoon.

Good to Know

  • Ample parking is available in the adjoining field.
  • Reserved disabled parking is located close to the entrance.
  • The site offers good wheelchair access.
  • Card payments are accepted for entry and most stalls.

All proceeds from the fete help support the upkeep of St Giles' Church, Coberley. Visitors are encouraged to take a short stroll to the church after the fete to admire its recently uncovered historic tiled floor.
