Join Cheltenham Animal Shelter for our ‘Children Drawing Dogs Workshop’ during the school holidays. A great workshop for young artists and animal lovers (aged 8-14).

Your tutor for the day, Sophie, is a primary school teacher and pet portrait artist.

We will start the day with a short tour of Cheltenham Animal Shelter. 

We will then explore the art materials before embarking on drawing a dog portrait together in pastels. There will be demonstrations of drawing eyes, noses, and fur as we draw together.

Choose from Friday 16th February 2023 1pm to 4pm OR Friday 5th April 2024 1pm to 4pm

All materials and reference photos will be supplied for the day. Some cake and squash will also be supplied.

However, please bring your own water bottle (and your own snack if preferred).
