The event is aimed at all abilities and fitness levels, from complete novice to club and pro triathlete, as well as charity and fun competitors. Competitors must be over the age of 17 to compete.
The swim is undertaken in the Cheltenham Lido 50 metre outdoor swimming pool, with the run and cycle routes around Cheltenham and through Sandford Park.

Run and cycle routes are anti-clockwise
Sprint: Swim 800m, Bike 18.2km, Run 4.7km
Super Sprint: Swim 400m, Bike 9.2km, Run 2.3km
Standard Distance: Swim 1.5km, Bike 44km, Run 9.5km
To participate in this event, you are required to become a member of British Triathlon and hold a race licence. You must either become a Core or Ultimate annual member here (www.britishtriathlon.org/join) or purchase a single use Race Pass for your race. Via this link

A race pass costs £2 for participants under 24 years old and is £8 for those aged 24 years and above.
