Have you got a house full of stuff you would like to shift? Car boot the easy way, with the Big Benhall Yard Sale!

The Benhall Residents' Association is organising The Big Benhall Yard Sale for May Day Bank Holiday Monday. Anyone can join in with a sale on their drive, while the BRA will be promoting the event across Cheltenham (digitally), as well as in Benhall. Over 30 households typically take part.

We will be producing a digital and printed map and guide for anyone that wants to buy items from the yard sale. To be included, we ask for a donation (minimum £8) to be made to the Benhall Residents' Association. Any proceeds remaining will go to the BRA, to fund our running costs (e.g. our Liability Insurance that covers our Park Volunteers) and ongoing projects (e.g. Community Picnic).

• Maps available from: Friday 1st May 2026 from local shops, digitally and in print

• Back-up date: Sunday 11th May 2026 in case of bad weather
