Join our resident historic cook, curator Laura Kinnear, for 'Bake Back in Time' this half term.

Laura will be baking several Victorian tea-time treats for visitors, such as caraway biscuits, carrot pudding, and drop scones fresh from the coal-fire range. Laura can also answer all your questions about life in the house in the 1870s when Holst lived here, as well as offering expert insight into Victorian domestic life.
