Combining science and psychology to provide practical tips and strategies for good sleep with expert sleep therapist MBCT and clinical hypnotherapist Natalie Pennicotte-Collier, a breathwork session with Stuart Sandeman who will teach techniques for breathing to help reduce stress and anxiety and to improve energy. All in the beautiful setting of the House at 131 and whilst enjoying some calming treatments and refreshments that will help aid a better sleep.
