The Air Balloon was originally two ale houses and provided for the needs of the travellers before the days of licensing. Now it is a popular busy pub and restaurant serving a wide range of drinks and delicious meals for everyone.

The Air Balloon is very close to Crickley Hill making it ideal for refuelling after a walk and is also a good spot for meeting up with friends and family from Gloucester or Cirencester. There is an outside seating area with a climbing tower, bridge, a slide and two junior swings.
