LITTLE HEROES (Age 4 - 6)

Our 30-minutes Little Heroes Classes are for children aged 4-6 years. In our classes children learn discipline, respect, release energy and of course have plenty of fun along the way.

JUNIOR HEROES (Age 7 - 11)

Our 45-minute Junior Heroes Classes are for children aged 7-11 years. In our classes children learn skills for life, such as self-defence, coordination as well as a fun way to keep fit and healthy.
