Regent Arcade Shopping Centre is Cheltenham’s premier shopping destination. Located in the heart of Cheltenham, the Arcade boasts an impressive line-up of over 50 retail stores, many of which offer a click & collect service, as well as dining options.

The safety of our customers, colleague’s and retailers is our number one priority. Following the latest Government announcement, our stores, restaurants and cafes are now open.

As lockdown restrictions have been eased, we are thrilled to safely welcome you back to Regent Arcade.

Monday - Saturday: 9am - 6pm 

Sunday: 10am - 5pm

Below are the safety measures we've introduced at Regent Arcade: 

• Social distancing guidelines in place - We will be limiting the number of customers in store at any one time as well as social distancing guidelines.
• Hand sanitising stations - We have provided numerous hand sanitizer points for use at your discretion.
• One-way system - Please follow the one-way system and new queuing systems in store to maintain the two metre distance from others.
• Shop staff wearing personal protective equipment - The safety of our staff and customers throughout our stores is paramount.
• Wear a face covering - We ask that you wear a face covering throughout your visit to the shopping centre.

If social distancing is not possible, we may close certain areas of the shopping centre.
