Regeneration Repair Cafe
Next dates
At the Regeneration Repair Cafe, volunteer repairers will do their best to mend toys, small electricals, household items and sharpen blades. Grab a coffee and yummy homemade cake and sit with the team of friendly repairers as they carry out the repairs, picking up valuable skills which will mean less and less items being discarded as ‘unfixable’.
Alongside electricals, toys and other household items, there’s also a team on hand to make clothes alterations, adding zips, taking up hems, loosening and tightening.
10am – 1pm
(Repair Cafes take place on the 1st Saturday of the month apart from January, repairs are free, but donations welcome).
Tea, coffee, squash and cake available from the cafe.
This project is on the lookout for volunteer ‘menders’ who can repair items such as clothes, small electrical items, furniture, bric-a-brac, and electronics.
To get involved with the Cheltenham project as a repairer, please contact Vision 21.
