Postnatal ‘Mums and Babies’ Pilates ClassesGroups & Activities
- Under 5s
-Strengthen your core muscles and pelvic floor under the guidance of a Physiotherapist.
-Bring your baby along, whilst you return to exercise postnatally.
-Other benefits of Pilates are; improving flexibility and posture, toning, and relaxation.
-You need to be 6 weeks post ‘normal’ delivery, or 12 weeks post C-section delivery to undertake exercise classes.
Fridays during term time
11am - 12pm
