Busylizzy Cheltenham is a family club offering antenatal and postnatal fitness sessions, baby classes, talks and events; all wrapped up in one simple, flexible, mum-friendly membership.

Mummy & Me Aerobics/Barre

• The class is a fusion of aerobics, ballet inspired moves and stretching for little one too! No experience necessary - all levels welcome

• You will need to bring your own mat for this class (any sort is fine)

• No need for childcare – your baby comes along with you 

• Suitable for new mums (from 6 weeks) – postnatal specific class

• Fun, sociable way to meet like-minded mummies!

Running every Tuesday (including school holidays)

10:30 - 11:15am

Location: St Philip & James on Grafton Road, GL50 2DD

Target Age: Mums with babies 6 weeks upwards

Cost: 1 free taster class then membership starting at £40 p/m for 4 classes per month (used across Busylizzy timetable)
