Based on the original matwork exercises created by Joseph Pilates; Low impact, mat based movements that can assist in repairing pregnancy related symptoms such as diastasis recti, rebuilding and strengthening your pelvic floor and core muscles. Get your weekly workout in with mummies just like you who want to take some time for themselves with their little one either giving them a helping hand or having a well earned nap!
