  • Adults

This summer let’s see all those mini movers, those mini creators & mini ravers for a 2hr creative, educational explosion for 3-9yr olds.

Tuesday 17th August 2-4pm The House, No.131.

Children learn through play, through moving their bodies, and most importantly having fun.

The masterminds behind award winning MiniYO! and Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival are back this summer with a very special workshop for all the family.

The schedule:

2-2.30pm It’s time to make ribbon bracelets and then dance!

Both children and parents will end up with ribbon bracelets around their wrists then the real fun begins. Get tangled up and dance and move! What shapes can you make?

Led by Tania Swift, an Early Years Specialist, B Inspired Founder, Author, Consultant and Trainer at Cambridge Assessment International Education and Lottie Keble-Wyatt PT, Dance, Barre and Advanced Pilates Instructor.

2.30-3pm Fruit Sensory Explore

Refuel whilst learning. Join Lottie for a sensory search. Fruits will be wrapped, can you guess what they are? Why are they all different colours? What do they taste like?

3-3.15pm Time to grab a coffee and cake and have some dedicated Shopping Time- browse our mini Emporium of local brands and small businesses as part of our collaboration with Support Small UK. (Brands tbc).

3.15-3.45pm Crafternoon- let’s get crafty and reuse loved clothes giving them a new lease of life. Think sequins, feathers, glitter and more as children learn about sustainable fashion with stylist and fashion designer Lola Royle.

Meanwhile after browsing the Emporium parents will be invited to the lounge area where Early Years Expert Tania Swift will discuss the importance of movement and play. Plenty of time for Q and A too.

3.45-4pm The Rave

Join our DJ for a very special Kids Rave- let the kids go wild either following Dance Teacher Lottie or making their own moves!

Parents can get stuck in too, or relax in the lounge, or shop the Emporium.

Goody bags to close.

Cost: £24.30
