The Schedule:

2pm Early Years Expert and Cambridge Trainer Educator Tania Swift and PT, Pre and Post Natal Instructor, Lottie Keble-Wyatt will lead 30 minutes sensory mamma and baby flow.

Incorporating elements of stretch, yoga, and dance with sensory play, this will be an active, playful, work out for both parent and child.

Think ribbons, sensory materials, colours, and sound in this exploratory flow.

2.30pm Kimberley Pena MA RDMP is a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist, Specialist Mental Health Practitioner and public speaker on mental health and wellbeing, working in both the NHS and private practice. Kimberley invites you to take some time to reconnect to you, through a workshop designed to support mums feel rooted, strong and honoured.

2.45-3pm Why won’t my child latch? Why don’t they sleep? How do I stop my neck and shoulders aching?

And did you know that our children fall over around 2500 times before the age of 7?! This mostly happens in the first 2 years of life.

Join Dr Kylie Foster (DC) MChiro, DACCP of Organic Family Chiropratcic for an interactive chat to learn some practical tips on how to help make sure our little ones bodies are not developing compensations that start to impact their overall physical and emotional function.

3-3.20pm 20 mins to indulge in coffee and cheesecake and to experience our Wellbeing Emporium- a shopping experience from Support Small UK of local brands to support your little ones growing needs. Businesses to be confirmed!

3.20-4pm - panel discussion with Tania swift, Kimberley Pena and Dr Kylie on the importance of Risk Taking and tuning into and trusting your innate wisdom as a mother. This is connected to building confidence and trust; helping declutter the ‘shoulds and shouldn’ts of parenthood.’

We want you to come away feeling empowered with the tangible tools to put into practice to support you and your family as you all grow together.

Goody bags to close.
