Cotswold Farm Park Nature Week

  • All The Family

We’ll be celebrating all things wild and exploring nature, with fun activities and demonstrations for everyone to enjoy! We will have our very own expert Nature Ranger who will take you on a journey of discovery to explore nature and raise awareness on how we have an impact on it. This event will be running twice daily throughout the week and will be based around our Conservation area and Woodland Walk.

Try out pond dipping and get to know some of our underwater creatures and critters. Get up close to our newts, tadpoles, pond skaters, damselfly and dragonfly larvae, and much more! Let out your wild side as there will also be various woodland adventures - tree rubbing, leaf rubbing or twig bundling as well as minibeasts safari; log rolling and worm charming. You can also get getting involved in our scrapheap challenge and weather station crafting.

Whilst you’re in this neck of the woods, venture on our Wildlife walk to appreciate the stunning diversity of animals and plants we have in the area. This two mile walk will take you through the history of our Cotswold landscape, which has been shaped by generations of farmers over thousands of years.

We will also still be having our usual farm park fun and activities. Don’t miss the sheep shearing as we get our sheep “summer body” ready in the Animal Barn. All activities are included in the price of admission. Please note our tickets are always cheapest if booked online.
