Cotswold Farm Park is celebrating Mother's Day in big way - mum goes free! Celebrating Mama Bear all weekend, you can enjoy the farm park free of charge with a full paying child or adult. Playhouse Theatre is playing host to Cheltenham Film Society's Fantastic Films Weekend, perfect for the film buffs in the family! Showings films by accaimed directors such as Guillermo del Toro, Woody Allen and Ingmar Bergman, including Pan's Labyrinth, Spirited Away and The Shape of Water. From 11am - 10pm all weekend. One of many places to enjoy a roast, Wyevale Garden Centre is making the most of Mother's Day with a special set menu. Choose from a selection of your favourite main courses and desserts, from roast chicken served with traditional trimmings, to decadent chocolate tart. Saturday 30th March - Fab, fun activities!

Join Paula Badrock from Arc Candles for a special Mother's Day Candle-Making Workshop at John Lewis. You'll get to create your own spring-time candle, learn about basic candle making, scenting, burning tips and how to recycle old containers. John Lewis is offering not just one, but two Mother's Day events, with a beautifully colourful Floristry Workshop with Katherine Kear, from 3pm - 4:30pm. Join the RHS Chelsea Gold Medalist to create a hand-tied bouquet and produce your own unique Mother's Day gift, or book two places and participate in an afternoon of fun and flowers together! Brace the elements and dive in! The Cheltenham Lido is opening for the 2019 season and once again they are offering entry for just 2p - the modern day equivalent to the 1935 sixpence charge! On the day they will be showcasing their events, activities and club sessions for the upcoming season, as well as new menus in the Lido Cafe. Join our colleagues in Hobbycraft Cheltenham to make a Mother's Day Card for the best mum ever! On the day, you'll create a unique Mother's Day card using a variety of kid's crafting components. Mum's Eat Free at Mr Mulligan's - Did you know, even the mysterious Mr. Mulligan has a mother? And, he knows that we should celebrate all Mothers everywhere! This mother’s day Mr. Mulligan has declared that all Mum’s eat free with every game of golf purchased. So, after the flower and the delicious choccies, why not take mum on an adventure this mother’s day and treat her to some scrummy food.
