Easter What's On Guide for Cheltenham - Week 1

The Easter holidays are here and if you're stuck for ideas of things to do Cheltenham Rocks has a few suggestions of events and activities on around town this week.

Daily Activities

The Boathouse at Pittville Park has now opened for the summer season so pop down for an oarsome time exploring Pittville Park's lower lake. Hire prices start at £4 for 30 minutes. Find out more

At the Boathouse you can also hire the kit for the Pitch & Putt (prices approx £4 for juniors, £6 for adults)

Easter Fun at Primrose Vale - Back for a second year, the Easter Fun trail is best suited to ages 3 - 15. Cost £5 per participant. Find out more.

Monster Trucks - Movies for Juniors - The MFJ film this week is the PG film Monster Trucks. Tickets are £2 from the box office or £2.70 if bought online. Find out more

Easter Egg Trail and Colouring - The Central Cross Cafe in Pittville Park is holding an Easter colouring competition and also has sheets for an egg trail around the park. £1 a sheet. Find out more

Easter Egg and Nature Trail at Crickley Hill - Another egg trail, this time exploring Crickley Hill with a small prize at the end. £2 a trail sheet. Find out more

Peppa Pig: My First Cinema Experience - Rainy Day? Tickets are now available for Peppa's big screen debut. Peppa Pig: My First Cinema Experience features 9 new episodes 'connected with never-before-seen interactive entertainment'. Normal cinema prices apply. Find out more

Monday 10th April

B-b-b-b-BOUNCE at Funky Warehouse
The Parent and Toddler Trampolining is running at Funky Warehouse on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays this week, 10am until 12pm. Price is £5 which includes use of the trampolines and soft play.
Over 5s can enjoy the Funky facilities the rest of the time with Trampolines, Monkey Bars, Ninja Warrior Course, Foam Pits and Parkour.

Melody Mamas - Cheltenham's first combination choir and baby & toddler group got off to a great start last week. Drop-in and enjoy a sing song whilst the little one/s play. Session cost £5. Find out more.

Tuesday 11th April

Kids' Cookery Workshop - An Easter-themed cookery workshop suitable for ages 4-14. Cost £22.50. Pre-booking is essential. Find out more

Decorate a Hare Biscuit - Pop along to the Holst Museum to see one of the 50 Cotswold Hares and decorate a biscuit whilst you're at it! Free for kids with a paying adult (£5). Find out more

Wednesday 12th April

FREE Storytime with Annie Stewart - Children's author Annie will be reading stories featuring her loveable character Wilf. Find out more
